Snug Harbor Marina boasts 54 slips from 20’ to 75’ in length. Electric (both 110 Volt/30 AMP and 220 Volt/50 AMP), cable television, internet access, and water are available in all docking areas. Two extensive walls, 250 feet in length, bordering the west and north sides of the peninsula are prime locations for larger vessels preferring to tie up along the wide landscaped lawns.

Our goal is to provide you the very best in your cruising experience and will do whatever we can to help you enjoy Snug Harbor Marina and the quaint town of Pentwater.

During the summer months when cruising is at its peak it is not possible to take confirmed reservations except for the largest vessels and groups of boaters. Owners are encouraged to call in advance to have your name put on the “waiting” calendar. You must also call the morning of your expected arrival to check on dock availability. We monitor Channel 16 and can be easily reached after rounding either Big or Little Sable Points to confirm your arrival time in the Harbor.

Boaters are generally a happy group and enjoy meeting others. Careful allocation and creative rafting on the walls and within the wide wells allow accommodation for all but the latest arrivals.

Annual docks, as in all harbors, are at a premium. Docks are available in 20’, 25’, 30’, and 40’ lengths. Contact us at 231-869-7001 for information and a contract.

Transient docks are assigned on a first come-first served basis. Depending on the boat’s overall length, transients are assigned to single slips, double slips, the extensive walls, or possibly are rafted. Every effort is made to keep groups of boats together. Depending on boating traffic, tie-up time is generally not available.
